The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Department of Blessed Martins International Institute of Science and Technology is the digital hub of the institution, driving innovation, connectivity, and technological advancement across all academic and administrative units.

Our ICT Department is committed to integrating technology into teaching, learning, research, and management. We provide students and staff with access to modern computer laboratories, reliable internet connectivity, and up-to-date software resources that enhance both classroom and practical learning experiences.

A major highlight of the department is our Computer-Based Testing (CBT) software known as Proxams. This robust platform supports various test formats including multiple-choice, essay, fill-in-the-blank, and practical simulations. It enables lecturers to create, administer, and grade examinations efficiently while ensuring fairness, security, and instant result processing. Proxams has become an essential tool for both internal assessments and professional examinations within the college.

Beyond examinations, the department also manages the college’s e-learning systems, digital library, and ICT skill development programs. Through workshops and certification courses, students gain hands-on experience in essential areas such as computer operations, data management, and digital communication—equipping them for success in an increasingly technology-driven healthcare environment.
